Your participants will click on the web link for your virtual lab, class, or POC in the email invite they received. The CloudShare Viewer will open in its own browser tab.
The participants will log in to the Viewer using their email address and the passphrase that you provided.
After login, they will be directed to their own instance of the environment, which they will see being prepared in the CloudShare Viewer.
Note: The login dialog participants see may be different if the access to the Viewer is set to use a single sign-on (SSO) provider.
