CloudShare gives instructors a comprehensive range of tools for managing an experience using a dedicated Instructor Console. The Instructor Console is intuitive and easy to use during a session. Instructors can see the status of the resources, the identities and activities of all participants, and interact instantly with participants whenever needed.
Like all CloudShare components, the Instructor Console is accessed directly from your web browser, without any need for additional applications or add-ons.
If you are assigned to be the instructor for an experience, you will typically receive an email notification that includes the session start time.
To open the Instructor Console to conduct and manage a virtual experience:
- In Classic, from the main menu, select Training > Classes. The Class List is displayed. In Accelerate, select Training or Sales from the main menu.
