In the event that a participant is having connectivity problems, you can run a test directly from the Instructor Console to provide information about the connection, and see how the participant's environment experience might be improved.
The test returns basic results at a glance, and also provides an option to open a detailed results window for the tested student.
To test connectivity, from the Students tab, select the Connectivity Test icon to the right of the student you want to test. The Student Connectivity Tests dialog will be displayed:
Click the button that runs the desired test.
