A CloudShare project defines a unique set of resources and policies that governs any CloudShare environments assigned to it.
Only Account Managers can create and edit projects. A project can be assigned one or more Project Managers, who can create teams and assign team managers and team members to have access to it.
Examples of projects include a specific training or POC experience.
Once a project is created, it is made available by assigning it a CloudShare environment, environment policy, and blueprint.
In this section, we will cover:
- Viewing Projects. Search for, filter, and sort projects based on your needs.
- Adding Projects. Account Managers can add new projects to their account at any time.
- Editing Project Details. Edit key details for a project at any time.
- Changing Key Project Settings. Project Managers can change numerous key characteristics for a project.
- Project Policies. Define and manage environment policies.
- Project Blueprints. Add blueprints to different projects, to store your blueprints in multiple data centers, and enable you to provide experiences geographically closer to your audience.
- Project Teams. Project member user groups can invite end users and run environments in their specific organizations.
- Project Members. Project members are assigned a role that determines the level of control they will have when working in a selected project.
- Managing Roles and Permissions. CloudShare supports Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to control which users can perform specific operations and activities.
- Managing Resources Quotas. Control key resources that will be available on CloudShare for a subscription or a project.
- Deleting a Project. Delete any jobs, sessions, or models that you created within a project
