Analytics dashboards and reports display a bird's-eye view of your operation, so that you can easily gain critical insights for planning and optimizing the management and delivery of your experiences.
Two optional analytics user roles are available:
- Viewer - View only predefined shared dashboards and reports.
- Designer - Create or customize dashboards.
In this section, we will cover:
- Out of the box dashboards and reports. Including a Cost Control dashboard, with a comprehensive breakdown of your costs.
- Custom dashboards. Create custom dashboards from the Analytics page, where all your existing dashboards are displayed.
- Downloading a dashboard. Save dashboards as bitmap images or PDF files, for external use or distribution.
- Scheduling analytics reports. Use CloudShare’s built-in scheduler to send a dashboard to mail recipients at regular intervals.
- Creating analytics alerts. Real-time monitoring of account resources and activities, to track important goals or be notified of unexpected changes.
