You can save a dashboard in any of the following file formats, for external use or distribution.
To download the dashboard as a bitmap image:
- At the top right corner of the dashboard, click the options
icon and select Download > Download Image. The Download Image dialog is displayed.
- Select the desired settings:
- Size (width) - Select the image width you want from the drop-down.
- Data - Select which data items you want to include in the image:
- Show Dashboard Title
- Show Dashboard Filters
- Show Data Set Info
- Click Download. A PNG formatted image of the entire dashboard will be downloaded to your current Downloads folder.
To download the dashboard as a PDF file:
- At the top-right corner of the dashboard, click the options
icon and select Download > Download PDF. The PDF Report Settings dialog is displayed.
- When report formatting is as needed, at the bottom of the dialog, click the Download
icon. The dashboard will be saved as a PDF file to your current Downloads folder
