The tabs are at the top of the participant’s workspace (Viewer), and consist of virtual machines and specific content items (namely, the Overview, External URL, and Resource types). In addition, you can have a VM Machine List tab present.
Use the following options to manage the tabs:
- Add and remove content item tabs by clicking the + icon.
- Tabs can be hidden from end-user participants within the experience by clicking the Hide action in the More menu of the tab (three dots).
- Hidden tabs are invisible to end-user participants within the experience, although the instructor or sales pro participant will still be able to view them.
- You cannot hide the default tab or make a hidden tab the default.
- The VM Machine list tabs can be moved from the top tab section to the left-side content panel using the More menu of the tab (three dots).
- Define the default tab. This is the initial tab that will be seen by an end-user participant when they open their experience. This can be set by clicking the Mark as Default action in the More menu of the tab (three dots).
- Delete tab - Only specific content tabs can be deleted. Tabs such as the VMs List and Individual VM tabs cannot be deleted.
- Reorder tabs - you can change the order in which the tabs appear by clicking the arrow at the right of the tabs bar or by clicking and dragging each tab to its desired location.
Click a tab to view and edit its Settings, or click the More menu (three dots) near the tab’s name to access its quick menu. The quick menu for a VM tab and a content item tab differ slightly.
