An experience - along with much of the associated metadata, Editor configurations, and user data (if desired) - can be duplicated into a new experience. This can save a lot of time when configuring similar experiences.
Experience duplication can be completed via the Experience List or when viewing the Experience Details.
To duplicate an experience,
- From the Experience list, click the three dots (More menu) at the end of an experience list item, and then select Duplicate. Alternatively, when viewing the Experience Details page, click the three dots (More menu) at the top right of the page.
- Change the initial metadata of the duplicated experience as required, including the Name, Start Date, and (optionally) End Date.
Note: The timezone is not editable for a duplicated experience.
- (Optional) Toggle the Duplicate user data option to copy the original experience users list and custom properties.
- (Optional) Toggle the Duplicate customizations option to copy the original experience customizations, and additionally check the Duplicate experience branding, Duplicate editor customizations (content, tools, etc.), and Duplicate login customizations options as required.
- Click the Duplicate button to complete the process.

-
