Participants receive an invitation email or click an access link to log into the Participants Viewer, as described below.
CloudShare's instructors and admins can access the Participants Viewer from CloudShare's main page.
Participants Logging In to the CloudShare Viewer
A participant clicks on a link in an email invitation or in a web link. The Participants Viewer then opens in a separate browser tab.
The participant logs in to the Participant Viewer using their email address and the passphrase provided by the instructor.
After logging in, the participant is directed to their own instance of the environment. The environment spins up and is then ready for the participant to interact with it in the Participants Viewer.
Note: The login dialog participants see may be different if the access to the Viewer is set to use a single sign-on (SSO) provider.
