The user who creates an experience is automatically assigned as its main instructor. A main instructor can add an instructor to CloudShare and invite them to the experience, as well as add participants to the experience and invite them.
To access the Instructor Console:
- Launch CloudShare and select either Training or Sales from the side menu. A list of the experiences to which you are allowed access is displayed.
- In the Experience Name column, select the name of the experience to access. For example, Basware Guided Journey – Training Demo.
- Click the Console
button at the top right of the page.
