When preparing and running an experience session, an instructor can create their own dedicated environment directly from the Instructor Console. For example, an instructor may create and share an environment with participants in order to demonstrate workflows, troubleshoot issues, or provide a live example that participants can follow in real time.
To access an instructor environment, click the Instructors Environment button to display a dropdown pane of the VMs in that environment, as shown below:
My Environment Tab
The My Environment tab shows the instructor's environment(s) and lists the VMs that it includes. The following options are provided in this tab for each environment:
Enables the instructor to extend the environment.
Enables the instructor to access the environment. Instructors can view their environment, work in it, and then share it with participants for demonstrations.
Enables the instructor to change the protocol used to communicate with the environment.
Instructor Environments Tab
The Instructor Environments tab lists the environments owned by other instructors in this experience. It has the same icons as described above.
