Description
The CloudShare Experience Editor is the admin tool for designing the experience that participants use in the Participant Viewer. It defines what participants see and can interact with during a CloudShare experience.
For example, the Experience Editor enables adding the following to an experience, so that it appears in the Participant Viewer:
- Overview: Introduces the experience and provides information, tasks, instructions, and/or context.
- Guided Journey: An interactive step-by-step pane that walks participants through specific actions, features, or workflows in the environment.
- External URL: A link to an external website or web application.
- Resource: A downloadable file, such as a PDF or document, available for viewing within the Participant Viewer.
- Public Clouds: This item is displayed when external resources are being used in the environment. It provides access to the external Public cloud’s log for the current experience and also displays any available credentials for the cloud resources currently in use.
Most customers primarily interact with the virtual machines and a live instructor. For a more intensive or self-paced training, start by adding a simple Overview and a single Guided Journey so participants always know where to start and what to do next. Additionally, a wide variety of other experience customization options are provided.
