CloudShare offers a variety of integration options that enable CloudShare account administrators to create a seamless data flow between the CloudShare platform and external apps.
CloudShare’s Integration Hub
CloudShare’s Integration Hub offers a single entry point for CloudShare account administrators to explore, activate, and manage all app integrations. Three types of integrations are offered:
- CloudShare-Native Integrations – By CloudShare: Integrations that are built and maintained by CloudShare and are configured and managed directly within the CloudShare interface, such as Webhooks, APIs, Single Sign-On, LMS and Slack integrations.
- CloudShare’s Pre-configured Integrations – By Workato (✓): CloudShare-certified, prebuilt Workato Recipes that CloudShare creates and maintains, enabling administrators to easily activate validated integrations with minimal setup.
- Customer-Managed Integrations – By Workato: CloudShare enables administrators to design and manage their own custom Workato recipes from within CloudShare, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and more. This customized integration option uses CloudShare APIs and Webhooks to connect to the wide variety of third-party apps supported by Workato.
Each of these integration types consists of multiple apps with which CloudShare can integrate in order to extend and automate the CloudShare experience.
