For advanced or unique requirements, administrators can create and manage custom integrations in the Integration Hub by leveraging Workato’s extensive integration library.
The Workato interface opens in CloudShare, enabling the design and management of tailored Workato integration Recipes. These custom Recipes can use CloudShare APIs (v3), webhooks and events, which are exposed by CloudShare in Workato. Any third-party app supported by Workato can be connected, enabling administrators to design tailored integrations that meet their specific workflow needs.
Note: Custom Workato Recipes are created, owned, and managed by the administrator’s organization. After building a Recipe, they are responsible for configuring, maintaining, and updating these recipes to meet their workflow requirements.
Note: Version 4 of CloudShare APIs is coming soon.
These integrations appear in the Integration Hub labeled By Workato. For example, as shown below:
- Click the More Details button on any card labeled By Workato to open an information drawer that describes the selected integration.
- Click the blue action button (such as the Continue button) in the bottom right of the information drawer.
- The relevant window in CloudShare is displayed, as follows:
- Bitbucket: Align Bitbucket repository activity with CloudShare processes.
- GitLab: Align GitLab development activity with CloudShare processes.
- Salesforce: Align Salesforce CRM activity with CloudShare processes.
- HubSpot: Align HubSpot marketing and CRM activity with CloudShare processes.
- Gainsight: Align customer success signals from Gainsight with CloudShare.
- Okta: Manage CloudShare user access using Okta.
- Microsoft Entra ID: Manage CloudShare user access using Microsoft Entra ID.
