Description
Now it’s time to turn each virtual machine into a working lab for a specific use case.
On each virtual machine, install all required software, applications, and data for training, sales demos, proof-of-concept testing, and so on.
Quick Start Steps
Connect to each virtual machine through the CloudShare View button as follows:
- Click the Infrastructure button.
- Click the Environments List tab from the left menu and select the relevant environment.
- The Virtual Machines tab of the Environment Details page lists all the VMs in this environment (each row is a VM), as shown below:
- Click the Preview
button, which opens this VM in a Viewer so you can access and test the VM from the CloudShare Viewer interface.
The Virtual Machine displays. From there, the product, any supporting components, and the required test data or demo content can be installed. For example, as shown below:
If the environment is built from CloudShare templates, the base operating system and common tools are already installed, so you mainly need to add the custom software stack and configuration.
