Each Visual AI Checkpoint result is saved as part of the participant’s progress status. Instructors can see whether a participant passed, failed, or has not yet run a specific Checkpoint.
Checkpoint results may also be reported to connected systems, such as a Learning Management System (LMS), so participant performance can be tracked and reviewed later.
To review a participant’s Visual Checkpoint status:
In the Instructor Console, participant thumbnails enable instructors to view each participant’s environment in real time. Each thumbnail represents a single participant.
The bottom of each thumbnail shows the status of the Visual AI steps of this participant’s Guided Journey, as follows:
Green Checkmark: Specifies the number of successfully completed steps.
Red X: Specifies the number of failed steps.
Gray Circle: Specifies the number of steps not yet started.
The bottom of each thumbnail also shows the number of completed steps out of the total available.
