The AI Assistant is an AI-powered chat feature in the Participant Viewer that gives participants on-demand guidance and support as they work through an experience, helping them stay engaged and self-sufficient.
In the Participant Viewer, participants can open the AI Assistant, type questions in their own words, and receive instant, context-aware answers based on previously uploaded material. This helps participants understand the current experience's content without waiting for an instructor to respond.
The AI Assistant only draws responses from files uploaded to the knowledge base via the CloudShare Editor, ensuring that answers are accurate and relevant to the specific experience.
Note: The AI Assistant supports only text-based interaction. Participants can type questions in their own words and receive text-based answers. Support for uploading images and other file types will be available in future releases.
