- Dedicated Question Pane: Participants can open a dedicated AI Assistant pane in the Participant Viewer and ask questions at any time during a session.
- Simple Knowledge Uploading: The Experience Editor makes it easy to upload knowledge files at the Blueprint or Experience level.
- Only Relevant Knowledge Base Answers: The AI draws responses exclusively from the uploaded content. It does not use information outside the knowledge base, ensuring that responses are relevant to the session's content.
- Fallback Response: When the AI cannot find a relevant answer in the knowledge base, a message is displayed informing the participant that no relevant content was found and advising them to contact their instructor.
Note: In this release, only PDF files can be uploaded to the knowledge base. Additional file types will be supported in future releases.
