This section describes how to prepare the knowledge base so that the AI Assistant in the Participant Viewer can provide relevant answers. This knowledge base is a collection of files that the AI Assistant uses to answer participant questions. The AI draws responses exclusively from the uploaded content. It does not use information outside the knowledge base, ensuring that responses are relevant to the session's content.
What Content Should You Upload?
The content and quality of uploaded files directly determine what the AI can and cannot answer. All the information that participants may need during the experience should be uploaded to the knowledge base. If a topic is not covered in the uploaded files, the Participant Assistant cannot answer it. It is recommended to include clear explanations, procedures, troubleshooting information, limitations, and any other content that may help participants work independently.
In this release, only PDF files are supported. PDFs can include text and images and can be written in any language, although English is recommended. Additional file types will be supported in future releases.
Which Experiences Can Access this Knowledge Base?
Files can be uploaded in the CloudShare Editor at either of these levels:
- Blueprint level, where settings are inherited by all experiences created from that Blueprint or Snapshot
– OR –
- Experience level, where settings apply only to that experience. Settings defined at the Experience level apply to that experience only and override Blueprint-level settings.
