After the knowledge base has been loaded with content, it's time to enable the AI Assistant so it's available to end users in the Participant Viewer. Participants can then open the AI Assistant pane and ask questions based on the uploaded knowledge base files.
Note: Only enable the AI Assistant after the relevant knowledge base files have been uploaded and have the READY status. This ensures that participants can access the AI Assistant only after the knowledge base is ready to provide accurate, useful answers.
To enable the AI Assistant:
1 In the Editor, select the AI Assistant option in the left navigation pane, as shown below:
3 Toggle the Enable AI Assistant switch at the bottom of the pane to ON (as shown below) to show the AI Assistant chat pane in the Participant Viewer for all the relevant experiences.
Note: This toggle only becomes available after one or more files have been uploaded and are READY .
4 Click the Save button at the top right.
Note: To disable the AI Assistant, toggle the Enable AI Assistant switch to off and click Save. The AI Assistant pane will no longer be available to participants in that experience.
