To ask the AI Assistant a question:
1 Click in the Ask the AI Assistant text box and type a question.
2 Press Enter to send the message.
Tip: To add a line break, press Shift+Enter.
The response appears directly below the message in the chat.
Responses are written in a clear, easy-to-read structure. They typically start with a short summary, followed by more details when needed. The AI Assistant only provides answers from the files that were uploaded for the experience.
New: Starts a new conversation by clearing the chat history of the current session.
Note: Each new session starts with a clean chat history.
Pop Out: Opens the AI Assistant Chat pane in a separate (pop out) window.
Close: Closes the AI Assistant Chat pane.
Note: Your chat history is available for the duration of the session.
If you disconnect and reconnect during an active session, your chat history reloads automatically. All conversation data is permanently deleted when the session ends.
When the AI Assistant Cannot Find an Answer
If the AI Assistant cannot find relevant information in the knowledge base to answer a question, it displays a message indicating that no relevant content was found and advising the participant to contact the instructor directly through the session chat.
