Overview
Note: Solis is currently in Beta.Solis is CloudShare’s AI virtual administration assistant (agent) that enables CloudShare users to create and manage CloudShare infrastructure and experiences by describing what they want to do in natural language.
What's new: Solis is no longer a single-purpose assistant. It is now a multi-agent system: one Solis chat with a set of specialized agents underneath it, each focused on a specific creation task. When you open Solis, you select the agent that matches what you want to do, and that agent guides the rest of the conversation.
Solis is designed as a platform-wide assistant. When Solis is available for a CloudShare page or feature, users can describe what they want to do, review the response or generated plan, make changes if needed, and click a button to have CloudShare automatically perform the action.
Users must review the results that Solis generates, such as the environment, training experience, or sales experience it creates, and make changes using either natural language or the legacy CloudShare user interface.

Solis AI is available to CloudShare users in the projects to which they have access, depending on the actions they are permitted to perform in that project.
Note: Users can still perform the actions in the standard CloudShare user interface. For example, to create environments manually as has been done until today.Current Solis Supported Actions
The CloudShare actions supported by Solis are being released gradually. As of this release, Solis supports the following agents:

| Create Environment from Blueprint | Creates environments from predefined project blueprints. |
| Create Environment from Scratch (Custom) | Creates custom environments by describing VMs, sources, and external cloud resources in natural language — no blueprint required. |
| Training Experience Creation | Creates training experiences (Instructor-Led or Self-Paced classes), including Multi-Step and Shared Environment setups. |
| Sales Experience Creation | Creates sales experiences (POC, Demo, POV, Trial), including an associated Opportunity Name. |
Note: At this point Solis does not currently support creating environments from Environment Templates, editing or deleting existing environments or experiences, or managing blueprints, policies, or projects. These remain available through the standard CloudShare user interface.CloudShare AI Privacy and Security Summary
CloudShare AI features are designed with an enterprise-first approach to privacy and security. Customer content is kept within CloudShare’s secure AWS-based environment and is never used to train public AI models. The AI Assistant answers questions by retrieving only the relevant snippets from the uploaded knowledge base, rather than exposing entire documents to the model.
