The Solis Top Bar Button
A Solis button appears at the top of each CloudShare platform page, ready to help. For example, the following shows it at the top of the Infrastructure Environment page:
Click the Solis button to open the Solis pane, as shown below:
The Solis button remains visible while the user navigates through every page where it can provide AI assistance.
Contextual Solis Buttons
Solis buttons may also appear as contextual action buttons inside standard CloudShare pages when they can help with a specific task on that page.
For example, when users create an environment, a Create with Solis button appears next to the My Projects Environment Templates option. This button opens the same Solis pane.
Closing the Solis Pane
To close the Solis pane, either:
Click the Solis button again
– OR –
Click the in the top right corner, as shown below:
Example Access Scenarios
The following are two ways to access the Solis AI Virtual Assistant pane.
To open and use the Solis pane:
1. Select the Infrastructure button in the top left corner of the CloudShare Home page or in the bottom left corner of the Settings page. For example:
2. Click the Solis button in the top bar.
The Solis pane opens on the right side of the page.
The Solis pane opens and is ready to help you. For example, to create an environment from a predefined project blueprint.
To open the Solis pane using a contextual Solis button:
1. Click the Infrastructure button from the CloudShare home page.
2. Click Environments List.
3. Click Create New.
4. In Select Method, next to the My Projects Environment Templates, click Create with Solis .
