User Properties are now applicable for Instructors
The experience user properties now apply to both participants and instructor users (students/prospects and instructors).
User Hours Utilization Dashboard
The User Hours Utilization dashboard is a CloudShare out-of-the-box dashboard that provides a detailed and comprehensive breakdown of user hours. The dashboard is designed to allow monitoring and analyzing of user hours consumption and utilization.
You can get to the dashboard by going to Analytics > CloudShare Dashboards > User Hours Utilization.
[Beta] Machine Shutdown/Power Off
The Machine Shutdown/Power Off capability enables Virtual Machines (VMs) to be run, suspended, shut down, reset, and powered off in an active environment. You can use this feature for several scenarios – including to simulate a failure, outage, or disaster, or to eliminate or bring in machines or components during your session.
Machine Shutdown invokes a ‘graceful’ shutdown, while Power Off serves as an interrupted shutdown.
Custom Invitation Emails

We've improved Custom Invitation Emails for both instructors and participants! Instructors now receive direct deep links for quick access to their Instructor Console, minimizing the need to navigate through the admin UI.
Additionally, Participant Invitation Emails have been updated for an enhanced experience.
Instructor Invitation Emails now include:
- A direct link to the Instructor Console, alongside a link to a specific experience.
Enhancements for Both Instructor & Participant Emails:
- A refreshed look and feel for the Test Connectivity action.
- An updated screen layout for custom email configuration.

We’ve enhanced Visual AI Checks with a new Visual AI Hint feature, making it easier for participants to understand and correct their mistakes in Guided Journeys.
Key Enhancements:
- Result Guidance - When participants fail a check, the system can now highlight correct and incorrect parts within the verified section, guiding them towards the expected result.
- Customizable Feedback - Experience Managers can enable hints and add tailored guidance to help participants improve.
