The AI Assistant only answers participant questions from the files uploaded to the experience's knowledge base. It does not use information that was not uploaded. Before you enable participants to use the AI Assistant, test it as a participant by asking questions and reviewing the answers to ensure the uploaded materials cover the questions they are likely to ask.
Testing the AI Assistant helps identify missing, unclear, or incomplete information in the uploaded materials. If the AI Assistant cannot answer a question correctly, update the knowledge base by uploading revised or additional materials, and then test the answer again.
To test the AI Assistant before the class starts, create a dedicated test experience or add a test participant to the experience, and then open the Participant Viewer as that participant. Ask realistic participant questions and verify that the answers are correct, complete, and based only on the uploaded knowledge base files.
